"T" PIPE ADAPTERS

Directs exhaust gas flow from one inlet tube to two outlet tubes. Used to convert a single silencer system to a twin silencer system.

"Y" CONNECTORS

Directs exhaust gas flow from two manifold outlets to one inlet tube. Used to convert twin silencer system into a single silencer system.

Walker® flexible pipes can be used in exhaust systems to help absorb engine movement, vibrations and thermal expansion from exhaust gases. Strip wound flexible tubing has the required strength, durabilityand ability to accept these axial/lateral movements and heat transferred from the exhaust gases.Walker® flexible strip wound hose is manufactured from high quality helically wound profiled metal strip,individual metal strips are connected together by overlapping/interlocking flexibility is obtained by the adjacent strips sliding on each other. Available with either a circular or polygonal cross section.

Walker® flexible pipes are supplied in various dimensions in both galvanized steel (for limited working life and low cost applications). Or stainless steel (for longer working life and corrosion resistance).

Typical applications include commercial vehicle, passenger vehicle, plant machinery and portablegeneratorset exhaust systems.

WALKER® PIPE AND SILENCER HANGERS

Used to secure a silencer or pipe horizontally or vertically to a vehicles chassis or side of a cab.

WALKER® TUBING

Straight tubing for general exhaust system installations. Available in mild steel, aluminised steel stainles steel. May be purchased in standard lengths (1, 2, 3 and 6 metres). Customer can cut torequired length if needed.

WALKER® STRAIGHT/CURVED STACK/TAIL PIPES

Used to direct exhaust gases and noise away from the drivers cabin area. Straight stack/tail pipes are normally installed vertically. Curved stack tail pipes can be installed vertically or horizontally.

WALKER® SPARK ARRESTORS

Exhaust accessory designed to capture sparks produced during the engine’s internal combustion cycle. Prevents sparks transferring into the exhaust system.

WALKER® TUBE CONNECTORS, REDUCERS AND EXPANDERS

Used in exhaust system installations to connect two tubes with the same diameters or different diameters(additional clamp fixings required).
